Your activities on ITRecruit as an Employer, including jobs posting, searching for, viewing candidates CV, application;

The type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information;
The files viewed on our Site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.).

ITRecruit collects and uses Users’ personal information for the following purposes:

a. For Candidate:

i. Create an account and give you relevant search results and job recommendations;

ii. Make your resume available to third-parties;

iii. Match Candidate with Employer Job Listings;

iv. Send you the relevant job post related to the job you might interest.

b. For Employer:

i. Create an account for you to post jobs;

ii. Make your job visible to candidates;

iii. Let you see the applied candidates;

iv. Suggest suitable candidates for job postings.

2. To personalize user experience. We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users use the services and resources provided on our Site.
